Data Center RDIMM DDR5 Tester

This board allows you to develop and customize RAM controllers to implement countermeasures against Rowhammer attacks and to experiment with RDIMM DDR5 RAM modules used in data centers. The latest revision of the board contains AMD (Xilinx) Artix UltraScale Plus series FPGA in a 676-BGA package. The previous revision of the board was based on AMD (Xilinx) Kintex-7 FPGA. The on-board configuration flash can store the bitstream that is loaded at startup. In addition, a 1Gb Ethernet interface is provided to access the DDR5 Tester over the local network infrastructure. The RDIMM DDR5 Tester includes on-board 64Mb HyperRAM for storing critical runtime data. The RDIMM DDR5 Tester is one of the DRAM testing platforms supported in the open source Rowhammer Tester framework. You can learn more about the RDIMM DDR5 Tester in this Antmicro blog note.
