ICT Baseboard
This is the main data aggregation unit for Antmicro's ICT boards. It is designed to connect to the Device Under Test (DUT) via custom test board equipped with spring loaded test probes. The board is based on FTDI FT4232H and exposes common IO interfaces to provide an easy way to program and control various boards. Additionally, it exposes multiple GPIO and ADC channels for automated DUT testing purposes.
